NDSU Foundation Team Member since 2020

As the director of compliance, Derek supports the NDSU Foundation and North Dakota State University through oversight and development of various procedures related to gift acceptance and administration and fulfillment of donor intent.

Derek was born and raised in Minot, North Dakota, and moved to Fargo in 2005 to attend NDSU. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2019 from the University of North Dakota School of Law. He currently lives in Fargo with his wife and two children.
