Culture & Community

With a strong economy and a reasonable cost of living, Fargo is often found on lists of best places to live. For those of us who live and work here, that’s no surprise — Fargo isn’t your average Midwestern town.

The people here are friendly and adventurous. No matter the season, they get outside and enjoy the amazing parks and recreation around the community from biking and hiking to skiing and skating. Museums, art galleries, and various entertainment venues offer an eclectic mix of indoor fun.

I am allowed and trusted to perform my work at a high level and to the best of my ability each and every day. The culture at the Foundation allows us to be the best we can be.
