BA means seeing past myself to the legacy NDSU has created with its past, current, and future students. BA is serving as a connection between the student body and alumni and supporters.

What does BA mean to you?
Bison Ambassadors to me means getting involved in the works of the University. My mom worked at the alumni center when I was growing up and she would always tell me about NDSU and what was happening. Now that she has not worked at NDSU for a long time, I now feel like I am first hand receiving the information that I got as a kid.

Bison Ambassador means community! It’s a community in which you can give back and show your appreciation of all the donors who support you!

BA has allowed me to get involved at NDSU at a much deeper level. I definitely feel a strong sense of belonging and community at NDSU since joining Bison Ambassadors.

BA is the way in which I get to express my passion and gratitude to NDSU. I am fortunate enough to receive scholarships, and I want to promote giving and continue to develop the same opportunities for students of the future. I would not be where I am today if not for the generous support of donors.

BA means being a part of an organization that gives back to the community and their students. I think as an individual who loves to be involved and volunteer, being in BA gives me opportunities to gain leadership skills, immerse myself in the community, and have the focus be on student’s education.

To me, BA means being a part of something that is greater than oneself. It takes all of us to make NDSU a place for everyone to feel like they are welcome and that they belong. I find it to be a super cool responsibility that we have to serve the students and advance the philanthropic efforts at NDSU.

BA means being a part of something that is bigger than you while working towards the same common goal. What does BA mean to you?
Staying in BA means my belief holds true. It states that people with the same mind would converge in a same place. At the moment, my mind stays at NDSU and pretty much want to know everything in and out of it. BA is a new house for me and I am not surprised to see that it is full of faces with the same mindset.

BA allows me to take part in a philanthropic organization that is way bigger than myself. Seeing the impact that it has on students here at NDSU and out in the community is incredible. Also the people and advisors I have met along the way are a great bonus!

I am currently a senior at NDSU and my experience here has been amazing! I recognize that this university would not be the same without the help that it receives from its alumni and supporters. I love Bison Ambassadors because it allows me to work alongside passionate members to connect alumni with NDSU students. And we are able to show our gratitude to those supporters. I love meeting new people and learning more about NDSU! I can’t wait to continue working with this phenomenal organization!
