The NDSU Foundation website is for official University or Foundation use and communication of a personal nature between alumni and approved guests. Any information included in this website is for personal use only. Any information relating to alumni or approved guests for any other purpose, including but not limited to, reproducing and storing in a retrieval system, photocopying, or using the addresses for commercial or political contact or use is prohibited. The data contained on this website may not be reproduced without the prior written consent of the NDSU Foundation.

Inappropriate Use

Users shall not inhibit another user from enjoying the services of the NDSU Foundation website by posting or using obscene or vulgar language or images. The use of abusive, defamatory, profane, or threatening language of any kind will constitute a violation of proper use guidelines for the NDSU Foundation website. Additionally, users shall not upload, transmit, distribute, or otherwise publish any materials containing a virus or any other harmful component. If a user engages in any of the above noted activity, future access to the website will be prohibited.

The NDSU Foundation is not responsible for screening information published by users in personal profiles or anywhere in the website. For this reason, it is imperative that users of the NDSU Foundation website report any misuse or abuse. The NDSU Foundation reserves the right to deny a user further access to the website if he/she is in violation of the proper use guidelines.
