As executive manager, Gwen provides day-to-day leadership, system, and administrative support to the senior vice president of principal gifts to coordinate principal gifts activities and presidential engagement. Prior to this role, Gwen served as the director of development operations for the Foundation.

Gwen was raised on a farm in Regent, North Dakota. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration the University of North Dakota. Gwen worked in various industries until her move back to the state in 2004 to raise her family; it was during this time that her focus transferred to nonprofit work. Gwen loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys reading, completing puzzles, and being outdoors. She and her husband, Jim, have five children and one grandchild.
